Appointments are preferred for the patients convenience to avoid long waits. Walk-in clients are also more then welcome, but emergencies will always receive top priority followed by patients with scheduled appointments. For your convenience you will find a new client form which you can print out, fill in and bring along with you on your first visit. Please feel free to contact us at 71.999.17 if you have any questions about our services. | Patients arrivals For your pets protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a lead properly controlled while in the waiting area and all cats should be caged or suitably contained. If you don’t have a cage for your cat, please ask our receptionist or paramedic to supply you with one. | Payments We require full payment at the time that the services are rendered. |
